Response of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) to sulfur impurity supplied as triple-super phosphate under gypsum and urea fertilizer backgrounds

چکیده
On-farm experiments (24) were conducted in two seasons to assess the influence of sulfur impurity triple-super phosphate (TSP) on wheat. The laid-out completely randomized block design triplicate. Nutrients investigated include: Nitrogen (N), (S) and phosphorus (P). TSP is tested contain about 2 6% as impurity. However, wheat did not show response from TSP. Though, it was statistically significant, however, there always yield increments by certain percent due S-TSP eight out 10 sites with increasing trends curves. Overall, effects such nutrients incidentally supplied concentrated fertilizers like should be overlooked, benefits could expressed quality attributes crops. Indeed, this vital varietal specific nutrient requirement studies. small-dose many-folds small-holders if integrated organic resources, thereby encouraging agriculture. But, showed gypsum (in 67%) N urea (100%) sites. As depicted, sharply-rising curves applied nitrogen elucidate that most limiting followed S. Always rising also strong positive synergies between nutrients. Key words: Nitrogen, micro-dosing, precision-farming, impurity, (TSP), response.

Vernalisation Response of Some Winter Wheat Cultivars (Triticum aestivum L.)
For 17 cultivars of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) different vernalisation and photoperiod responses were detected. The effect of photoperiod sensitivity was not significantly changed by vernalisation; different vernalisation responses were probably due to the presence of multiple alleles at Vrn loci. The delay in heading depended on the vernalisation deficit exponentially: y = parameter (...
متن کاملThe wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) leaf proteome.
The wheat leaf proteome was mapped and partially characterized to function as a comparative template for future wheat research. In total, 404 proteins were visualized, and 277 of these were selected for analysis based on reproducibility and relative quantity. Using a combination of protein and expressed sequence tag database searching, 142 proteins were putatively identified with an identificat...
متن کاملGrowth Response of Winter Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and Wild Barley (Hordeum spontaneum Koch) to Nitrogen
A greenhouse study was conducted to investigate the effects of nitrogen (N) on wild barley (Hordeum spontaneum Koch) interference with winter wheat (Triticum aestivum var. Pishtaz) by an additive series experiment. The experiment was conducted in a split plot design with 3 replications. Wheat plant height losses were on average 30, 10, and 10% in a wild barley density of 16 plants per pot with ...
متن کاملResponse of Spring Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Quality Traits and Yield to Sowing Date
The unpredictability and large fluctuation of the climatic conditions in rainfed regions do affect spring wheat yield and grain quality. These variations offer the opportunity for the production of better quality wheat. The effect of variable years, locations and sowing managements on wheat grain yield and quality was studied through field experiments using three genotypes, three locations for ...
متن کاملEffects of TiO2 nanoparticles on wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) seedlings cultivated under super-elevated and normal CO2 conditions
Concerns over the potential risks of nanomaterials to ecosystem have been raised, as it is highly possible that nanomaterials could be released to the environment and result in adverse effects on living organisms. Carbon dioxide (CO2) is one of the main greenhouse gases. The level of CO2 keeps increasing and subsequently causes a series of environmental problems, especially for agricultural cro...
